You will work directly under Subrat Bahinipati, PT — 32 years of clinical practice in chronic pain, complex cases, and root-cause integrative care. You will not be thrown into a schedule and left alone. You will be mentored, challenged, and developed into a clinician who gets results that most PTs cannot explain.
You will learn how to run a cash-based hybrid practice — how to communicate value, how to serve patients outside the insurance hamster wheel, how to build a practice that patients choose to pay for because the results are undeniable.

Once you have mastered what we do — you have three paths forward and we will actively support all three:

Is this a full-time position?
Yes. This is a full-time clinical role with a mentorship component built in from day one. Hours are structured around our one-on-one patient schedule — not a mill.
What does cash-based hybrid mean exactly?
We accept insurance for covered services and offer direct-pay options for services outside insurance coverage. This mix gives patients more options and gives our clinicians more freedom to treat without artificial time limits.
Do I need cash-based practice experience?
No. We will teach you everything. What we cannot teach is passion, integrity, and the desire to do great work. If you have those — the business and clinical skills follow.
What if I want to open my own clinic eventually?
That is exactly the kind of thinking we want. We will actively help you get there — with the full Synergy business system, mentorship, and our honest support for your vision.
Is this position only for PTs in Carbondale, IL?
The clinical role is based in Carbondale, Illinois. However, we are happy to speak with talented PTs from anywhere who are open to relocating to Southern Illinois.
