When do I schedule my therapy appointments?

Call our Carbondale office at 618-243-7822 to schedule an appointment. If your doctor’s office contacts us, we will call you to schedule your appointment. Emergency/next-day appointments are usually available.

To make your initial registration process go faster, you can download the patient forms on our website (see New Patient Center), fill them out, and bring them with you.
