This winter I had lost energy. I was fatigued most days. In the evening I had trouble with losing balance. I was prevented from walking due to pain on my right knee.

I dislocated my shoulder as a result of a car accident. It severely impaired my range of motion and the pain made it impossible to sleep unless I was extremely exhausted.

When I began coming to Synergy, I was in a lot of constant pain in my ribs and had a lot of pain upon standing and walking. I could stand for less than 5 minutes. When I went shopping, I would take a wheelchair if I was going to be in there more than 15 minutes.
